Food franchisor
Franchise records, audits, royalties, and day-to-day store operations were spread across separate files and processes. We brought them into one platform.

An ageing WordPress site was difficult to maintain and no longer matched the property it was marketing. I rebuilt it as a custom website and CMS.

An ageing custom system held years of internal approval rules. We rebuilt it as a new production platform and connected it to the vendor portal.

Suppliers and contractors had no direct way to submit a payment request or follow its review. We built a portal connected to the internal approval system.

SAP sends files and the CRM updates leads. I built a separate service to keep the sales platform in sync with both, without hiding failures.
Condominium developer
A condominium developer needed to issue reservation fees and monthly statements, then give buyers a secure way to pay them online.
